STEADY Work

The STEADY Work Program is built on a person-centered planning process. Through this process, participants can identify their unique strengths, vocational interests, and personal and professional goals. Youth initially begin the program with employment in a structured, program-based work environment where their skills can be evaluated, and relationships with co-workers and staff can be developed. As participants develop skills, more opportunities become available in community-supported and independent employment.

This is a limited program available only to students 14-years-of age and older who have been referred by a county organization and/or has gone through the district’s multi-tiered system of support team.
