- Palmyra-Macedon Middle School
MARCH 5, 2025—The Middle School's National Junior Honor Society (NJHS) Chapter welcomed its newest members Tuesday night.
14 6th and 7th grade students were inducted during a special ceremony in the school's cafeteria. The evening was coordinated by other 7th grade NJHS students.
Congrats to: Potter Bloom, Morgan Budziszewski, Charlotte Corey, Carlisi DiMino, Rafe Engels, Kayla Hendy, Sydney Johnson, Lucien Jones, Cali Kertman, Luke Lindstrom,Cora McGeary, Evan Newman, Adley Ossont, and Olivia Tatar.
In addition to the induction, current 7th grade NJHS students selected language and literature teacher Ms. Alexa Markel as its guest speaker.
"You've reached a remarkable milestone, and we are thrilled to recognize your achievements," Markel said.
All NJHS members are expected to attend quarterly meetings and complete twenty hours of community service outside of school throughout the school year.
