JUNE 4, 2026—The Palmyra-Macedon Central School District will celebrate the Class of 2026 during its annual graduation ceremony on Thursday, June 11.

Pal-Mac seniors will walk across the stage at Lincoln Hill Farms in Canandaigua, and walk into their futures. 

The ceremony will begin promptly at 7 p.m. 

Speakers will include Valedictorian George Newsome IV and Salutatorian Ella Eakins, as well as High School Principal Andy Wahl, and Board of Education President Laura Arrington. 

Below, you will find some information regarding the ceremony itself.
 

VENUE:

As mentioned, the ceremony will be held at Lincoln Hill Farms, which is located at 3792 NY-247, Canandaigua, NY 14424. This will be the fifth time Pal-Mac will celebrate its ceremony at the venue.

The doors to the venue will be open for guests at 5:00 p.m. Graduates must arrive at Pal-Mac High School by 5:30 p.m. to ride as a group to Lincoln Hill Farms via bus with a police escort.

COMING FROM PALMYRA:

 

WRITTEN DIRECTIONS

  • Take State Route 21 towards Manchester and turn left onto NY-96 S
  • Turn right onto Co Rd 7 in Manchester
  • Turn right onto Co Rd 13
  • Turn left onto Co Rd 19
  • Turn left onto Freshour Rd
  • Turn right onto US-20 W
  • Turn left onto NY-247 S
  • Turn right into the venue

 

COMING FROM MACEDON:

WRITTEN DIRECTIONS

  • Take Alderman Rd and Co Rd 28 to Emerson Rd in Canandaigua
  • Turn left onto Emerson Rd from Co Rd 28
  • Continue on Emerson Rd. and then keep right to take Allen Rd 
  • Turn left onto N Rd and continue onto Schutt Rd
  • Turn right onto East Ave
  • Turn right onto Smith Rd
  • At the traffic circle, continue straight to stay on Smith Rd
  • Turn left onto US-20 E
  • Turn right onto NY-247 S
  • Turn right into the venue

 

PARKING INFO:

Parking is FREE to all Pal-Mac families. Please note that the lot closest to the event will be reserved for those with a parking pass for individuals who are disabled.

Golf carts will be available to transport individuals who may need assistance.

 

COST:

Graduation is FREE for all families and loved ones to attend. There are no tickets needed. However, there are food and drinks available for purchase.

 

CONCESSIONS:

Lincoln Hill Farms has an on-premise food stand where you can purchase a variety of food and drinks.

The venue will have a limited food selection available. Food ranges from pulled pork sandwiches to burgers and hot dogs. 

Alcohol will not be sold at this event.

 

SEATING:

 

There is a mix of covered and uncovered seating. Lawn chairs and umbrellas are welcome for seating outside the tent.  There is also ample covered seating inside the tent.

There are also a number of tables around the premises. In the event of inclement weather, a tent may be available.

If you cannot attend the ceremony, the District is providing a free stream on its YouTube page. The stream is embedded above and will be archived for later viewing upon completion of the ceremony.



LAST BASH:

The annual Senior Last Bash will occur following the ceremony. The celebration will take place at the Wayne County Fairgrounds in Palmyra. Bussing will be available from Lincoln Hill Farms to the fairgrounds immediately following the ceremony. Students will have already had to be signed up to attend. 

Students who do not plan on attending Last Bash are free to leave.

IN CASE OF EMERGENCY/INCLEMENT WEATHER:

The District monitors weather updates regularly and will continue to do so up to and during the ceremony. Rainfall will not be a reason to modify the ceremony. 

In the event we need to pause the event due to severe weather once the ceremony has started, the District, in cooperation with Lincoln Hill Farms, will take the following steps:

  • Use the public address system at Lincoln Hill to provide emergency information;
  • Send emergency information to Pal-Mac families via ParentSquare; and
  • Implement the emergency plans used by Lincoln Hill Farms which may include sheltering at a Lincoln Hill pavilion or returning to your vehicles for a designated amount of time.
