- Pal-Mac Athletics
FEB, 18— Two Pal-Mac Varsity Wrestling team members will be representing the school at the New York State Championships.
Zach Rooks and Luke VanGorden each finished in first place at the state qualifiers on Feb.15. This will be their second-straight appearance in at the state level.
Last year was a successful year for Pal-Mac at the tournament , which saw 2024 grad Braidon Woodward take home a title, becoming the first Pal-Mac wrestler to do so since Jace Schafer in the 2020-2021 season.
The tournament begins Feb.28 in Albany.
