After a successful rollout of the ParentSquare App last school year, the district will be transitioning much of its correspondence for the 2021-22 school year to the ParentSquare App.
By using ParentSquare, parents/ guardians will receive district, school, and classroom communications via email, text or app. If you have not done so already, you can download the free mobile app for Android or iOS. To download the ParentSquare App, visit the app store and search for ParentSquare. The email and/or cell phone number you use to register must match what is currently on file with the district.
To ensure announcements and updates are received, the district asks parents and guardians to make sure information within the student information database, SchoolTool, is accurate and up to date. SchoolTool data is used to populate contact lists in ParentSquare. The primary contact in SchoolTool is determined by the home residence of the student. The district also maintains emergency contacts, which can include multiple contacts and may be utilized when the primary contact is unreachable.
