MAY 27, 2022— More than 80 Pal-Mac High School students received a variety of awards during the 2022 Student Recognition Ceremony in the lower cafeteria Friday afternoon.

The day marked the return of an in-person ceremony in roughly three years.

The afternoon kicked off with some words from Principal Andy Wahl, and Counselor John Strachan, then it was time for the awards.

85 total students were given an award (a few students received multiple awards), and there were 45 different awards. Some students received scholarships to a number of state and local colleges and universities. 

"We came together as a community to celebrate our most important asset, these kids right here," Wahl said.
