Annual Budget Vote & Board of Education Election

Per New York Executive Order No. 202.26, the Annual School Budget Vote and Board of Education Election has been rescheduled and will be conducted entirely by absentee ballot.  Completed ballots must be received by the District Clerk by 5pm on Tuesday, June 9, 2020.  Please see below for more information, including budget documents and copies of presentation slides.  Additional information will be added as it becomes available. 

 

Public Budget Hearing

7pm Tuesday, June 2, 2020

Per New York State Executive Orders 202.1 and 202.28, the public budget hearing will be conducted remotely.  The hearing will be streamed live at https://youtu.be/udmMjIKY5Dg at 7pm on June 2, 2020.  Pal-Mac residents may send questions about the budget proposal by email to budget@palmaccsd.org, and all questions and answers will be publicly posted to this page. 

 

Voter Qualifications

A voter must be a citizen of the United States, at least 18 years of age, and a resident within the Palmyra-Macedon Central School District for a period of at least 30 days prior to the vote.

 

Annual School Board Election & Budget Vote

Per New York State Executive Order No. 202.26, voting will be conducted entirely by absentee ballot.  A blank absentee ballot will be mailed to each known eligible voter.  Pal-Mac residents on the Wayne or Ontario County Board of Elections list of registered voters, and Pal-Mac residents who voted in May 2019 should expect to receive a blank absentee ballot (and postage-paid return envelope) by US Mail by approximately May 30, 2020.  If additional ballots are needed please request by email to amber.jenkins@palmaccsd.org or by phone message to 315-597-3400 x7.  Completed ballots must be received by the District Clerk by 5pm on Tuesday, June 9, 2020.
