Text Box: Yearbook Specifications are designed to present the Class of 2008 in a formal manor. Remember these are the pictures that will be submitted to the Courier Journal when you graduate, and are the first thing news organizations go for when you do something noteworthy.

Text Box: SENIOR PICTURE Information Photo dimensions are at least 2.5 inches by 3.5 inches with a head size of 1.5 to 1.25 inches measure, from the top of the hair to the bottom of the chin Background Colors are neutral, not bright colors, subtle patterns are acceptable In Color and Borderless Traditional Poses (Indoors not outdoors) Head and Shoulders Shot (not full body) Hands are Permitted No hats, props or soft focus (it appears blurry) No color slides If digital — JPG format, through e-mail or CD-ROM The student or the studio may deliver the photo. It MUST be submitted, received and approved by October the 10th to be included in the yearbook. Deliver to Mr. Perry in Room 603.

Text Box: Check out recent yearbooks to see the PDA’s and how they are set up. They usually include a baby photo or any age photo and parting words from the senior’s loved ones. Remember the more words you include the smaller the picture has to be. The following are options for PDA’s: Option Price Contents Option A: $30.00 1/8 of a page, 1 photo and about 50 words Option B: $60.00 1/4 of a page, 1 or 2 photos and about 50 words Option C:$120.00 1/2 of a page, up to 4 photos and 100 words Option D:$240.00 Full Page, numerous pictures and words.
