Sharon McGuire, Library Aide Mrs. McGuire attended Palmyra schools until she moved away in the 9th grade. Both of her children are Pal-Mac graduates. She knows more novels about cats than anyone else, anywhere; and she has read all the books Mary Higgins Clark ever wrote. She is a legendary baker, a gifted seamstress, and a talented storyteller. Students value her help because of her long experience in the library, and because she never gives up. |
|
Margaret Grassi, Library Aide Mrs. Grassi is a Palmyra-Macedon graduate and a lifelong resident of the area. Her mother taught First Grade at Macedon Elementary for many years. Mrs. Grassi graduated from Bryant & Stratton Business Institute, and she comes to the library from a career in fashion merchandising. When she helps students with bibliography and citation format, she remembers the papers she wrote in college. Mrs. Grassi is a student favorite because of her winning combination of energy and good humor, and because she is a sparkling conversationalist. |
